How to download a TikTok, Instagram, or other video on iPhone with Grabio

1. Add Grabio to your iPhone once, it’s a free Apple Shortcut with no App Store download and no sign-up. Add Grabio to your iPhone.
2. Open the post in the app (TikTok, Instagram, or any of the platforms above) and tap the Share icon.
3. Tap Grabio in the share sheet, or tap Copy Link and then open Grabio yourself.
4. Grabio detects the platform from the link and opens cobalt.tools in Safari with your link already loaded in the box, you don’t have to paste anything.
5. Tap Download on the cobalt.tools page, pick a format if it’s offered, and save the video to Photos or Files.

How this differs from the YouTube flow

For these fifteen platforms, Grabio can hand the link straight to cobalt.tools, which loads it automatically. YouTube and the 100+ other platforms Grabio doesn’t specifically match go through noadsdl.com instead, which needs you to tap a box and paste the link yourself before you can download. Is it private and free on iPhone?

Grabio and cobalt.tools can only work with content you can already open the link to. If a post is private or requires being logged in to view, this flow won’t be able to reach it.

Does the video keep the watermark?

cobalt.tools generally pulls the original file rather than a screen-recorded copy, so in most cases you get a cleaner result than the in-app “save video” button, though this can vary by platform and by how the platform serves the file that day.
