Grabio is an Apple Shortcut for iPhone that compresses, converts, and saves files (photos, video, audio, PDFs, webpages, and more). It runs through a backend server hosted in Germany. You install the Shortcut once via iCloud; it then lives in your iOS share sheet.
Grabio is operated by Aditya R Sharma, an independent developer. Contact: [email protected]. By using Grabio, you are entering into a contract with Aditya R Sharma as a sole operator (not POSIMYTH Innovations or any other entity).
You must be at least 16 years old to use Grabio. If you're under 16, please ask a parent or guardian to use it on your behalf. We do not knowingly accept users under 16.
Grabio is free to install and use up to 5 actions per day. Pro is $3 USD per month for 30 actions per day. The Pro license is bound to one iPhone device on activation. Switching devices requires emailing us; we re-bind within 24 hours.
Pricing may change for future signups; existing Pro subscribers keep their original price for the lifetime of an uninterrupted subscription.
You agree to use Grabio only for files and URLs you have a legal right to access. Specifically, you will not:
Grabio is a file-utilities tool. You bring files; we process them and return them. You retain ownership of everything you submit, and you are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to use, modify, or share any content you process through Grabio.
We work hard to keep Grabio online, but we don't guarantee 100% uptime. Maintenance windows, iOS API changes, third-party service outages (media API, email provider, payment processor, Apple), and force-majeure events can temporarily affect features. We owe you a working service, not a perfect one.
Grabio is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't promise Grabio will work for every file, every iPhone model, every iOS version, every situation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total cumulative liability to you is capped at the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (for most users, that is $0 to $36). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, lost-data, lost-profit, or business-loss damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (gross negligence, wilful misconduct, fraud, statutory consumer rights).
You can stop using Grabio at any time by deleting the Shortcut from your iPhone. We may suspend or terminate your access if you abuse the service, attempt to compromise our systems, or violate Section 5. Refunds within the first 7 days of a Pro purchase are governed by our Refund Policy.
If you believe content processed through Grabio infringes your copyright, send an email to [email protected] with: (a) identification of the work claimed to be infringed, (b) the URL or file in question if known, (c) your contact details and electronic signature, and (d) a good-faith statement that the complaint is accurate. We respond within 48 hours, remove infringing content where applicable, and may block the responsible device on repeat abuse.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the landing page and via email to Pro users at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that period means you accept the new terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to Grabio will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. If you are a consumer resident in the EU/EEA, the UK, or any other jurisdiction whose laws grant you stronger consumer rights, those local rights remain available to you.
If any clause of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Aditya R Sharma regarding Grabio.
