The best RoutineHub alternative depends on what you came for. To browse and share many shortcuts, try Apple’s own Gallery or a community directory. To download videos and convert files, skip the browsing and install one shortcut, Grabio, which is free and needs no account.

What are the other sites and apps?

AlternativeTo lists Shortcuty, iOS Haven, LudyActions and Sharecuts against RoutineHub, on a page last updated 7 February 2026. It marks iOS Haven as discontinued, so skip that one. LudyActions is a different kind of tool, an add-on that extends the actions inside Shortcuts rather than a place to download shortcuts.

Jellycuts shows up in the same searches. It is a tool for writing shortcuts, not a directory. The App Store text mentions that shortcuts are signed through RoutineHub, so the two overlap rather than compete.

If you only want a handful of good shortcuts, the roundups are faster than any directory. Start with best shortcuts for iPhone or best iOS shortcuts.

Why use Grabio instead of a shortcut directory?

A directory gives you thousands of shortcuts and leaves you to judge each one. Grabio gives you one finished shortcut for two jobs: downloading from social media and converting files. You install it once and it lives in your share sheet.

  1. Open grabio.adityaarsharma.com/get-shortcut on your iPhone and add the shortcut.
  2. If iOS blocks it, allow untrusted shortcuts in Settings, then add it again.
  3. Share a link or a file from any app and tap Grabio.

A shared link opens a clean download page with your link already loaded. A shared file converts on the phone with Apple’s own Shortcuts actions, and nothing is uploaded. Grabio’s server only hands out the shortcut and counts anonymous hits.

What does Grabio not do?

It is not a place to browse or publish shortcuts. You cannot search a library in it, rate shortcuts or follow other authors. If that is what you want, a directory or the Gallery tab is the right tool, and you can use both.

Grabio also does not edit shortcuts. To make your own, read how to create a shortcut on iPhone. Some conversions, such as MP3, finish on a partner site rather than on the phone, and the shortcut says so before it opens it.

RoutineHub alternative: FAQ

Is RoutineHub the same as the Shortcuts Gallery?

No. The Gallery is a tab inside Apple’s Shortcuts app. RoutineHub is a separate community site where people share shortcuts. Our Gallery guide covers the first.

Can I get shortcuts without RoutineHub?

Yes. Use the Gallery tab, a roundup such as the iPhone Shortcuts app guide, or install Grabio directly from its link.

Do I need an account for Grabio?

No. There is no login and no payment. Getting the shortcut asks for one email address, once; then you add it and use it.

Is there another shortcut-sharing site like RoutineHub?

AlternativeTo lists Shortcuty and Sharecuts, plus LudyActions and a discontinued iOS Haven. Check each site yourself before trusting its shortcuts.

Is it safe to install shortcuts from a directory?

Treat every shortcut as code from a stranger. Open it in the Shortcuts app and read the actions before you run it, and be careful with any that ask for broad access.
