To download a Streamable video on iPhone, open it, tap Share, choose Grabio, and follow the prompt. Grabio copies the link and opens a downloader in Safari. Paste the link, tap Extract Formats, pick one and save. If the downloader cannot read the clip, screen record it.

A friend sends a Streamable link and you want the clip itself, not the page. Getting it into Files or Photos takes a few taps, and there is a fallback if the first route fails.

How do I download a Streamable video on iPhone?

1. Add Grabio once. It is a free Apple Shortcut: grabio.adityaarsharma.com/get-shortcut.
2. Open the Streamable link in Safari or wherever your friend sent it, then tap Share.
3. Tap Grabio. It copies the link and shows a short prompt.
4. Let Safari open the downloader, tap the box and choose Paste.
5. Tap Extract Formats, then pick a format and download.

Streamable is not on the list of platforms Grabio has been tested against, so I cannot promise the downloader reads every Streamable link. If it returns no formats, use the screen recording route below.

Why does Grabio ask me to paste the link?

Grabio recognises a short list of big platforms by name: YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X and Pinterest. Those go to one downloader. Everything else, including Streamable, goes to a general one that needs the link pasted in by hand.

That is why the steps differ from a post about a named platform. Grabio has already put the link on your clipboard, so the paste is one tap, not a copy and a hunt.

Which way should I save a Streamable clip?

What if the download does not work?

Record it. Swipe down from the top right corner to open Control Center, tap the record button, wait out the countdown, then play the clip. Stop from the red indicator. The recording lands in Photos.

Where does the Streamable video go on my iPhone?

Is it private to download a Streamable video with Grabio?
