If you live in the EU, EEA, or UK, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal on digital services. By starting to use Pro features after purchase, you may waive that right under your local consumer law. Our 7-day no-questions refund window is in addition to and broader than the legal minimum during that window; after day 7, statutory rights (where they remain) still apply via the email above.
We process refund requests within 24 hours on weekdays (48 hours on weekends or holidays). Once we issue the refund, your payment provider (Polar.sh) returns the money to your original payment method. Banks typically take 3 to 10 business days to settle that on your end.
Once a refund is issued, your Pro license is deactivated and the device hash returns to the free tier (5 actions per day). You can continue using Grabio Free indefinitely.
If something looks wrong with a charge, please email us first before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Honest refund requests are always honoured promptly. Chargebacks are expensive for us (typically 5x to 10x the original charge) and result in a permanent block of the related device hash. Writing to us is faster, cleaner, and helps keep Grabio sustainable for everyone.
Multiple refund requests from the same card or device within a 12-month window, requests on payments older than 90 days, or requests accompanied by ongoing service abuse may be denied. We will tell you the specific reason if that happens.
